Install Error, A Newer Version is Already Installed

When you try to install the software an error comes up that states "A Newer Version is Already Installed" and the installer exits.

Procedure: 

Download a run the following utility:

Reset209.exe

Save the file to your desktop and double-click it to update the version number. You should then be able to install the software normally.

WARNING: Delete this utility after you have used it. If it is run again after you have installed the software, the program will no longer run correctly and you will have to reinstall again.
